Dropshipping and Single Piece Fulfilment
Not every business ships in pallets. Plenty of sellers never see their stock: an order arrives in a store, someone on the other side of the world picks the item, packs it and hands it to a courier, and the tracking number goes back to the customer.
That model only works if the packing is consistent, the labelling is right, and nothing sits in a corner because nobody noticed the order. We run that part for sellers who keep their stock with us, most of them in Europe and North America, and none of whom ever touch the goods themselves.
How it works
- You buy stock and send it to our Guangzhou address, or we buy it for you through sourcing or a domestic platform purchase
- We receive it, count it, photograph it and check it against the specification before it goes into stock
- You send the orders: a store export, a spreadsheet, or a message with the details, on a schedule we agree
- We pick, pack and label each parcel to your instruction and hand it to the courier you nominated, or to one of ours
- We send back the tracking numbers and keep the record of what left, when and to where
What is in each parcel
- The item in its retail packing, or in the plain packing you prefer for the marketplace it is going to
- Your insert, thank you card or care note
- Your label and return address, printed from the file you provide
- Exactly what the order says, checked against a pick list rather than from memory
What this model asks of you
- A clear packing instruction for each product: what goes in the parcel and how it is presented
- Label files that are ready to print, with the correct address and carrier format
- Realistic stock levels. We tell you when a product is running low and how many units came in short
- A decision on returns before the first order ships, because a return needs an address and a rule
Where it fits best
Single piece fulfilment suits a seller testing a product before buying stock in depth, a store with a wide range and shallow depth per item, or a business that wants the packing standard to be identical on every parcel. When volumes grow to the point where a container makes sense, the same stock moves into our warehouse operation and out through consolidated shipments instead of single parcels.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy stock in advance?
It is the cheaper way to work, but not the only way. Buy in advance for products you know sell, and let us buy per order for the long tail.
Can you pack orders in my own branding?
Yes, within what is practical on a single parcel: your label, your insert, your packing slip. Send the artwork and we will confirm what we can print and apply.
What about returns?
Agree the rule before the first order. Usually a return goes to an address in the destination country rather than back to China, and we work to whatever you decide.
How do I send orders to you?
Whichever is simplest for you: a store export, a spreadsheet in the layout we agree, or a message for low volume. The file matters more than the format.
Tell us how your orders arrive
Send us a sample order file, the packing instruction and the courier you use. We will confirm the process and what the packing will look like before the first parcel goes out.
