Quality Control and Inspection on China Orders
Quality problems are cheap to fix before loading and expensive after arrival. This topic collects how inspection actually works on the ground: the gates, the paperwork and the category specific tests that matter.
Our QC team checks goods against a written specification, not against optimism. The guides here explain what we check at each stage, why bulk units drift from approved samples, and how to read an inspection report when you cannot be in the factory yourself.
Start with these three
- Our Quality Control System: How We Meet Every Standard
- Why Pre-Shipment Inspection Saves Time and Money
- Sample vs. Bulk: 5 Inspection Tips for Flawless Orders
If you read only three: the system overview shows the full gate chain, the pre shipment guide explains the economics of catching defects early, and the sample versus bulk guide closes the most common gap.
All guides in this topic
- Our Quality Control System: How We Meet Every Standard: How our QC system runs from specification to loading, and what is checked at each gate.
- Why Pre-Shipment Inspection Saves Time and Money: The arithmetic of catching defects before loading versus dealing with them after arrival.
- Sample vs. Bulk: 5 Inspection Tips for Flawless Orders: Why bulk units drift from approved samples, and five inspection habits that close the gap.
- How to Check Wig Quality: Synthetic vs. Human Hair: Synthetic versus human hair: the checks that separate premium product from dressed up fibre.
Inspection only works against a written standard. Before any run, fix three documents: a specification with tolerances, a defect classification agreed with the factory, and the sampling plan for the pre shipment check. With those in place, an inspector can hold a line; without them, even a good factory will ship what it believes you wanted. The guides above show how we set those documents for categories from hair to consumer electronics.
How we can help
The receiving check at our Guangzhou warehouse is part of the standard service, booked with the order rather than bolted on; factory audits and pre-shipment inspections are optional and quoted per project. Tell us the product and we will send the checklist our inspectors would use, before you commit to a run.
