GSM, split ratio and the edge finish<\/h2>\n

Cloth weight runs from roughly 200 to 350 grams per square metre for household grades, and higher is not automatically better: the weave and the split matter as much as the weight. A 300 GSM waffle weave and a 300 GSM plush towel behave differently on glass, and the right answer depends on what your customer wipes.<\/p>\n

Edges decide the return rate. Ultrasonically cut edges shed less and cost less than hemmed, but cheap ultrasonic cutting leaves a hardened bead that scratches delicate surfaces. Dye fastness matters because a bleeding blue cloth ruins a white sofa, and it is tested with a wet rub, not a look.<\/p>\n
